In case of emergency, our patients can apply to our hospital 24/7. They are referred to the outpatient clinic by the quarantine physician. Our physicians have discretion in professional matters.

For regular polyclinic examinations, an appointment is required from our hospital. Appointments can be obtained via telephone, internet and in-hospital appointments.
In our hospital, appointment capacities can be filled in some cases due to the intensity. Especially in branches serving clinic and diagnostic units are scarce in Turkey are working on capacity. Patients receiving regular service from our hospital should take their appointments by taking these issues into consideration.
There are personnel cashier in our hospital. In general, our staff and 1st degree relatives (mother-father-brother-spouse-child) have special areas allocated in polyclinics.
