Home health care:

                It is the whole of the service that provides the social and psychological support services to the individuals and their family members as a whole.


It is not a diagnostic unit.
Emergency Health Service does not provide.
Service is provided during working hours and by appointment system.

 WHAT IS A HOME HEALTH SERVICE?

It is the presentation of the health services needed by patients who are fully dependent on the bed in the home environment and with a team specialized in this field. Home Health Service performs follow-up, treatment and training of the patient who is diagnosed more than diagnosis.

 
WHO ARE USED IN HEALTH SERVICES?

 
Due to chronic disease, hospitalized patients who need to be treated continuously in the hospital, who cannot walk and are bedridden and who cannot meet their special needs can benefit.

 
HOW IS THE WORKING SYSTEM OF HOME HEALTH CARE TEAMS?

 
• Patients residing within municipal boundaries,
• During working hours,
• Serves with appointment system.
• 112 is searched for emergencies.

 
HOW TO APPLY?

 Patients or their relatives who wish to receive home health services;
• To the Coordination Center of Health Directorate,
• Home Health Services in Hospitals,
• to the Family Physician,
• Community Health Centers,
 they can do it by phone or personal.
